Guess, im back with moral values again. Referring to journal, im getting more and more patient, need to learn to interact and dont take things for granted. Like, my handphone, it costs alot, but im changing it every year, without thinking of the consequences and everything that may happen.
I just miss the lifestyle there, waking up at 7.30am, brushing our teeth with our bottle of mineral water, eating breakfast in our movement/working groups with a cup of milo, with peanut butter jam chocolate bread. Walking over at 9.30am and working under the hot sun for 2hour30mins, waiting for kids to knock the 'gong' telling us that its lunch time. Washing hands at the basin before we eat, queueing up at the basins waiting for the kids to wash their hands before washing ours. Walking back the same road perspiring under the hot sun, appplying snake powder, deoderant and insect repellent during our rest time. Walking back the same road to UNACAS to work again, and dinner time, same routine. Walking back to church along the same road under the stars, a sight where no one could ever find in singapore. Bathing with huge frogs, fat lizards, big grasshoppers and other weird shaped creatures. A nice cold 9 scoop bath which everyone anticipated to in the day. I admit, one of the few times i had the urge to bath. A 2 - 3hour debrief with lights turning on and off on its own. Laying out mattresses and mosquito nets for everyone. And this routine goes on for 10days.
I would rather stay there, it may sound crazy but you wont know how we'll feel, unless you've been there before.

This frog is dead, FYI. That cowdung killed it, and many others. His name is cowdung cause he always asks us " You eat cowdung?" and when we call him cowdung, he'll say " NO COWDUNG !" and walks off.

James, the guy who always calls me CAL and sings with me during dinner, always asking me to sing louder. Helps me on the toilet lights and holds the torchlight for us when we're writing our journal. Always cracking cold jokes and being so lame. Always saying stupid remarks and laughing at me when i say "Really ah ?" when he says something stupid. Thanks for everything, M.A.D 09 will remember you in our hearts.
Alena, the swollen leg girl, always doing the fish expression when we have eye contact. Always asking me to pull the bus and plane faster, always bullying me with the guys. Allowing me to laugh at her swollen feet where everyone would say "Alena, what happen to you? Are you ok ?", when i'll say "Haha, your feet very funny leh ! ". Thanks for everything, i'll definitely continue to laugh at your feet when we meet up !
Bella, the lame girl whom would always make me laugh when im down. I'll always remember the incident when i was very unhappy and i carried the sand with her, her stupid actions and reactions made me laugh. Throwing the sand on me and making me walk backwards when she walks forward, making everyone laugh at me, infact, it made everyone laugh. Pushing me to him and everything, helping out with the culture activities. Thanks for everything, you can do it, lets take a new step forward and keep everything in our heart.
Charlene, Team leader of M.A.D09, went cambodia twice with her. Always calling me EVANGELINELOKE, always allowing me to make fun of her. Always trying to cheer me up when im down, Thank you very much, the second trip was definitely not wasted !
Charmine, the idiotic girl whom would always hit my head whenever i do something wrong or think of something that im not supposed to think of. Always helping me in everything, carrying my stuffs whenever i need help and always thinking of others before herself. Yeah, thank you for everything and rest assured for the party. (if there is)
Chenwei, the girl whom is always the most "suay" to be in the exact same group me no matter what. Firstly is the first meeting, she's in my banner group, and CIP Henderson also in the same lower pri math group, then movement group's the same, as well as culture group, and now, Post CIP @ Henderson also in the same group. But thank you for being so loud during our conversations and SO SOFT during debrief session. Thank you for everything, GROW TALL !
